You can now hide reward program rules for campaigns you may be running outside of Perkville. When a rule is hidden it will not display on your rewards program for customers to see. However, the rule can still be used by your staff to give or redeem points to customers in person and it can also still be used through our application programming interface (API).
Examples of when you might want to use this feature include:
- Rewarding a specific group of customers for completing a survey.
- Rewarding a specific customer segment where you gave them a special incentive, perhaps for buying personal training if you’re a health club or trying a new product if you’re a retailer.
To enable this feature, log into your Perkville account, and go to My Business > Rewards Program to create or edit the perk you’d like to hide. There will be an option to toggle Hide Perk on or off in the perk’s settings.
