We’re excited to introduce another new Perkville feature: rewarding membership upgrades. You can now reward members for upgrading their membership. This comes out of the box for businesses using ABC Financial. We’ll add this capability for other membership management systems in the future.
To reward membership upgrades, go to My Business > Rewards Program to create a new earning activity. You might name the rule something like Upgrade from Basic to VIP, for example.
Next, connect the rule created in the step above to your POS system by going to My Business > Integration > Edit > Step 3 > Connect.
In the pop up box, enter the names of the membership type being upgraded from and the membership type being upgraded to.
